Group Bookings: We offer a 10% discount for group appointments
such as workplaces or care homes when multiple people are seen during the same visit.

Some blockages require more than one visit depending on the type and position of the wax.

Everyone must soften the wax with 2 sprays of Earol daily for 3-4 days before your group appointment. (This is vital to have the best chance of your earwax coming out on your first visit!)
3. Hear Loud & Clear
Our expert clinician will safely check everyones ears and remove any earwax present. If the wax is too deep, dark or dry we offer a FREE follow-up to extract it in the safest, most comfortable way.

If your group is larger, we’ll happily allow extra time to make sure everyone receives thorough, comfortable care.

If we find there’s no earwax to remove, you’ll only pay our base consultation fee.
For individual appointments, that’s just £30, and for group bookings, it’s £20 per person. We never charge for wax removal unless it’s needed!
