At Loud & Clear Hearing Care, we are committed to providing high-quality wax removal services to our clients. If you change your mind about your appointment, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been carried out.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date at no additional cost. If you need to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service date, a late fee of £25 will be charged or a deposit will be lost.
