Before You Book

We believe in clear, transparent pricing and professional standards of care.
Every appointment includes a full ear health assessment, safe microsuction treatment
(one or both ears), and personalised aftercare advice.

  • £60 – Ear Wax Removal Appointment
  • £30 – Consultation Fee (if no wax is present)
  • £20 – Follow-Up Appointment (if further treatment is required)
  • £7.50 – Out-of-Area Charge (for appointments outside our main service area)

Some blockages require more than one visit depending on the type and position of the wax.
If this is the case, we will always explain everything clearly and discuss the next steps with you.

Where we serve

Tier 1 (Pink Zone): Included in our service areas.

Tier 2 (Black Zone): Inccurs a out-of-area appointment charge.

We provide professional home-visit earwax removal across:

Middlesbrough, Redcar, Guisborough, Saltburn, Skelton, Brotton, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Eston.

Appointments are available during the day and in the evening, so you can book at a time that works around you.

Postcodes Covered (Standard Pricing)

The following postcodes are fully included within our standard service area:

TS1, TS2, TS3, TS4, TS5, TS6, TS7, TS8, TS9, TS10, TS11, TS12, TS14

If your postcode begins with one of the above, no additional travel charge applies.

Out-of-Area Appointments

Appointments outside the postcodes listed above are still available, however an additional £7.50 travel charge per appointment applies.

This includes:

  • Stockton-on-Tees (TS16–TS21)

  • Yarm (TS15)

  • Staithes (TS13)

  • Hinderwell (TS13)

  • Hutton Rudby (TS15)
